Return policy
1. The return policy is designed to ensure the justified return. In case the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent), we will either give you a
replacement of the product. No payment will be refunded under any situation.
2. Any altered product inclusive of fall-bidding on sarees & customized products shall not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. There may be a slight colour variation in the image of the product on the website from original product due to various reasons like configuration of computer monitor, colour scheme of computer, lighting of the photograph etc. No refund/exchange of the product is acceptable on minor color & design variation of the product.


4. For smooth operation of justified return and replacement of products, the
customer needs to ship the product back to the company at their own cost and
ensure that the returned product is satisfying the following conditions:
-Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
-Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, inclusive of
polyester bags, tags etc.
-Any items damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


Certain scenarios where we will NOT be able to support Exchange/Returns:
 Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 48 hours.
 Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as
you had received.
 Customized or tailor-made products that have been made to order with your
specifications.
 Products with tampered or missing price tags or blouse fabric cut out from the
saree.
 Items that are returned without the original packaging and original bills.
 Design Not Matching Customer Understanding.
 Replacement Of the Product Will Be Sent Within 7 Days of Receipt If Available In Stock. If Product Is Not Available in Stock, ‘Tanishq Paithani’ Will Refund the Entire Amount Via The Same Payment Method


Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned
conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer
at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.


5. If you wish to exchange the product, you are requested to inform the company within 48 Hours from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our Customer Support No +91-8010056168 between 10 am and 6 pm on Monday to Saturday or write to us at: contact@tanishqpaithani.in. After validating your exchange request over the phone, we will send you an email authorizing you to ship the product back to the company.


6. Please note, company should receive the return package within 7 days of
sending the official ‘authorizing’ email to you. After receiving the return product
‘Tanishq paithani’ will do quality check of the product, if the product is satisfactory to exchange then only exchange product will be sent back to customer, otherwise same product will be sent to customer.


7. In either case your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receipt of the returned package from you.


Defective/Damaged Products:
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products but in the rare case of the product having any manufacturing defects that have been unnoticed from our end, we would exchange/replace/refund the same. If you happen to receive defective or damaged product(s), please notify us on contact@tanishqpaithani.in mentioning your order ID as well as pictures of the defect, within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) and we’ll take it forward from there.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your
order by writing to us at: contact@tanishqpaithani.in. As part of usual
business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been
packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and the amount will be sent
back customer account through the same payment method. We will not be able
to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
